1. Shipping Partners: We partner with trusted shipping carriers, including Canada Post and UPS, to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders. The choice of carrier will depend on factors such as your location and the shipping option you select at checkout.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs:

Diamond Art Kits and Accessories: Shipping costs for Diamond Art Kits and Accessories will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method. We offer a range of shipping options to accommodate your preferences and delivery timeframes. 

Bulk Diamond Drills: For Bulk Diamond Drills, we offer a cost-effective shipping option using Canada Post Lettermail. Please be aware that this option does not include tracking. The flat shipping rate for Bulk Diamond Drills is $2. If you prefer a tracking option, you can choose to upgrade your shipping at an additional cost during checkout.

3. Processing Time for Paintings: We offer many variations of each of our paintings therefore we do not keep inventory of all varieties. Each painting is made to order after the order has been received. This involves printing the painting, carefully applying the glue/adhesive, hand bagging the drills and packaging the painting. Because this process can be time consuming, please allow 3-4 weeks for order processing before it is shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons and holidays.

4. Estimated Delivery Times: The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and your location. Please note that delivery times provided during the checkout process are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as weather conditions and unforeseen delays may impact delivery times.

5. International Shipping: At this time, we offer shipping within Canada and the United States of America. International shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

6. Order Tracking: For orders that include tracking (excluding Bulk Diamond Drills shipped via Canada Post Lettermail), you will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

7. Customs and Duties: For international orders, please be aware that customs and duties may apply upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

8. Address Accuracy: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete to prevent delivery delays. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
