Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at True North Diamond Art. We take pride in providing you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

1. Unused and Unopened Items: We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to return a product. For unused and unopened items, we offer a return period of 30 days from the date of purchase. During this time, you can request a return for a full refund (excluding shipping). To initiate a return, please follow the instructions below:

• Contact our customer support team at truenorthdiamondart@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization.
• Pack the unused and unopened item securely in it's original packaging, including all accessories and documentation that came with it.
• Include a copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase.
• Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. Please note, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the return.

Once we receive the returned item and verify it's condition, we will process your refund. Please allow 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee on Diamond Art Kits: We are confident in the quality of our Diamond Art Kits, therefore, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your Diamond Art Kit, you can request a full refund, including shipping, within 30 days from the date of purchase. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, follow the steps outlined above.

3. Bulk Diamond Drills: Please be aware that all sales of bulk diamond drills are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for bulk diamond drill purchases. We recommend carefully reviewing your order before completing the purchase.
