In general, round drills are more forgiving and better for beginners. Square drills require more precision but result in a more detailed painting.
5. Do you offer custom diamond painting kits? How are they different from other companies?
Yes, we offer not only custom kits, but personalized kits! Whether you have a photo you want converted to a diamond painting or you want a design made from scratch we will create your perfect canvas. We have graphic designers on staff who can take your dream and make it a reality.
6. How long does it take to complete a diamond painting?
The time to complete a diamond painting varies based on the size and complexity of the canvas, as well as, your skill level and pace. A standard-sized kit can take 10-30 hours on average, but it's about enjoying the creative journey. Take your time and savour the process; it's as much about the experience as the final artwork.
7. Can I frame or display my finished diamond painting?
Yes, our diamond paintings are sized with framing in mind! This is why we focus on inches as that is how most frames are sized. And, we guarantee that your canvas will be the exact size advertised!
8. What is the best way to store my unfinished diamond painting?
When storing your diamond painting it is best to cover any exposed glue with the protective film or paper.
9. Are the diamonds safe for children and pets?
Diamond painting drills, or diamonds, are generally safe for children and pets, but precautions are necessary:
- For Children:
- Drills are very small and can be a choking hazard for very young children. Keep out of reach babies and toddlers.
- Adult supervision is advisable when children are involved in diamond painting.
- For Pets:
- Drills are not toxic, but they can be tempting to pets.
- Store drills securely to prevent pets from playing with or ingesting them.

10. What if I run out of diamonds or lose some during the process?
We offer a No-Questions-Asked drill replacement on all of our Diamond Painting kits. If you need replacement drills you can contact us and we will send them to you at no cost. *This warranty applies to the original purchaser only.
11. Do you offer international shipping?
At this time we only offer shipping to Canada and the United States of America.
12. What is your return and refund policy?

15. Do you offer discounts or promotions?

If the order hasn't been started, cancellation is possible. However, once the shipping process begins, cancellation is not available. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately and we'll try our best to assist you.

We take pride in providing you with quality products. If your canvas arrive damaged or anything is missing please contact us and we will send out a replacement right away.
